Rooted in Resilience: Gulista, from Pili Padaav village, lost both parents early and supported herself through tailoring.
A Life-Changing Introduction: In 2023, a friend introduced her to Samanta Foundation, which focuses on empowering young women.
First Step, The Workshop: Encouraged, she joined a fellowship workshop and heard powerful words from a mentor:
“If you want to do something in life, you have to speak up.”
Becoming a Fellow: Selected as a fellow, Gulista started her own sewing center, teaching local girls tailoring skills and gaining confidence herself.

Learning to Lead: Regular weekly and monthly reporting helped her stay organized, focused, and accountable.
Finding Her Voice: “I gained a new identity and the courage to speak up,” she proudly shared.
Leveling Up, The Anchor Role: She applied for the Anchor role with Plustrust & Samanta and joined their training workshop.

The Hand Model Activity: Sharing her story during a workshop activity earned her respect and appreciation, boosting her pride and motivation.
Lifting Others Up: Gulista now helps other girls access the fellowship, becoming a true community leader.
Her Vision: “I want to become an anchor of Plustrust & Samanta,” she says, with pride and purpose.
Gulista’s story reminds us: with courage, support, and opportunity, even the quietest voices can rise to lead.
