In June 2025, a comprehensive Summer Training Program was conducted to empower educators with critical thinking, innovative practices, and implementation strategies through the themes of Design Thinking, Demonstration, and Adoption. The program was structured to foster deeper understanding, reflective practices, and actionable planning to improve classroom outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Duration: 31st may- 23th june
Total Participants: 17 Educators
Attendance Rate: 90%
Average Aptitude Score: 82.85%
Methodology: Experiential Learning, Worksheets, Assignments, Case Studies, Role Plays, and Group Discussions

Program Highlights
Each day was designed with a focused learning goal, integrating problem identification, root cause analysis, ideation, stakeholder understanding, and strategy planning, ensuring both personal reflection and practical application.
Design Thinking (Day 0–7)
The first phase of the training focused on building a strong foundation in data interpretation, problem identification, and personal ownership. Educators began by exploring dashboards, analyzing their program data, and presenting insights through a gallery walk. They engaged in reflective exercises to determine their relationship with problems in their schools and began unpacking root causes. This phase emphasized the development of critical thinking, understanding of biases, and decision-making processes. Educators also explored inclusive classroom practices and assessment tools, while building a broader understanding of school ecosystems and the importance of stakeholder trust.
Demonstration and Collaboration (Day 8–11)
In the second phase, the focus shifted to practical application and collaboration. Educators learned about various demonstration techniques, reviewed case studies, and participated in role plays to internalize effective teaching and presentation methods. These sessions helped in translating insights into actionable strategies. Participants worked in groups to reflect on past learnings, share best practices, and co-create action plans. The concept of a model school or Anganwadi Centre (AWC) was introduced, along with discussions around ownership and the roles individuals play in driving change within the education system.
Adoption, Engagement, and Sustainability (Day 12–17)
The final phase concentrated on deeper engagement with key stakeholders—teachers, Anganwadi workers, and parents—emphasizing trust-building and child-centered approaches. Educators explored the meaning and process of adoption, understanding how to influence change in mindset and behavior. Sessions on planning strategies across different time frames (daily to quarterly) helped in structuring long-term impact. The training concluded with tools and methods for monitoring progress and embedding sustainable practices, enabling educators to implement meaningful and lasting change within their schools and communities.
